Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.
Please do not send purchase orders. Cheques may be sent but please call to discuss the matter with a member of retail before hand on 01904 543400
Delivery Schedule
Please allow 30 days for delivery of goods.
Over the Christmas period the last date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas will be 15/12/06
Any orders after this date will not be guaranteed before Christmas.
No orders will be sent out between 20/12/06 to 03/01/07
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product please return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Returns Policy
Any goods which you are not satisfied with must be returned within 30 days. Please follow the procedure set out below:
1) Write us a letter indicating why you are returning the goods. Please include your order number in the letter.
2) Place the goods and a letter in packaging sufficiently strong to ensue the goods are returned to us in good condition. The goods should be returned to:
