Hire of the Hall can start at 10am and finish at 12am. We will discuss your timing requirements with you to ensure that you achieve your perfect morning, afternoon, or evening celebration.
What is Included?
Each package includes one pedestal flower arrangement and one table flower arrangement in either the Parlour or Great Hall, or both rooms if hired.
In addition we will adorn the general reception areas of Barley Hall with greenery and swagging to create a celebratory air, and light the atmosphere with a host of flickering candles.
Your hire charge also includes a red carpet to welcome your wedding party and guests, exterior torch lamps at the entrance, and background music (if you wish you can select your own background music).
Each wedding is managed by one of our team of experienced Wedding Coordinators who will discuss your individual requirements with you from your initial enquiry to your actual wedding day. Your coordinator will be on hand throughout your day to ensure that your every need is met and so that you have peace of mind throughout your celebration.
Food and drink can be ordered at additional cost from our extensive menus.
Prices and contact for Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships Licences
Barley Hall holds a licence to offer you the opportunity to celebrate your civil ceremony or civil partnership at the Hall, and we can cater up to 50 guests. Please note that you are responsible for booking the Registrar for your ceremony.

Please check with the Registrar that the time and date of your preferred ceremony is available before booking Barley Hall as your venue.
In 2008 the ceremony notice and fees for marriages and civil partnerships are as follows:

| Fridays and Saturdays | £425 |
| Sundays and Bank Holidays | £475 |
In addition each couple will need to pay £30 each when they give notice.
Non-refundable deposit: £20 for a provisional marriage booking more than one year in advance
Couples should be available for an interview with the Registrar 10 to 15 minutes prior to the ceremony so that details can be checked. Barley Hall are able to provide a room for this interview.
